Hi there. My name is Louise Rowe-Alleyne. I am the founder of Fitquest.
I worked in the commercial sector for 15 years, my roles included all kinds of staffing responsibilities, coaching, business analysis and business development. I left in 2004 to have my family, it was a tough decision not to return to a highly paid job, especially as a role was created for 3 days a week. I was fortunate to stay at home and look after my children, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Over the last 5 years I have updated my qualifications and I am now embarking on a career that I am and have always been truly passionate about. After much study I have now achieved a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certificate. I am a qualified Nutritional Advisor and Pre and Post Natal specialist, Spin and Kettlebell Instructor. I am currently studying with Mac-NutritionUni.Com to become a certified Nutritionist.
I am totally addicted to exercise and enjoy bootcamps, hiit, running, playing netball, boxing, circuits, body pump, spinning, cycling and weight lifting. Since qualifying I have attempted many things from Obstacle Course Races, Cross Fit Competitions, 5km, 10km, 1/2 marathons, marathons, ultra marathons and I have now done two Iron Man distance races (2.4 mile open water swim, 112 miles on the bike and 26.2 mile run). My next race is a half Iron Man (70.3) distance on the 22nd September 2019.
I am always available to help clients, I believe in going the extra mile to ensure your fitness experience is a positive and enjoyable one.
I have full insurance and am registered with REPS, I am also a qualified first aider.
