If you prefer to work on a more individual basis or you have a more specific goal, then you could opt for one to one sessions. You will have immediate access to a wealth of knowledge and experience under a watchful eye.

In your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, take measurements, discuss nutrition and perform some basic assessments. After analysing the information a progressive training programme will be developed. We will monitor your progress, making adjustments to ensure you hit your goals.

We can exercise outside or come to your home, we will do whatever is convenient for you.

Small Group Personal Training

Another affordable option is to spread the cost with up to 3 like minded friends. Fitquest use the same approach as one to one training.
